Blade 2021 Advanced 15 with Razer Chroma Dock - No Video

I just purchased a Blade Advanced 15 2021 model. It's been working great and works fine with my non-razer dock. Switched to a Razer Thunderbolt 4 dock and no video out. Updated all drivers, including displaylink. Works fine on my 2020 Studio Advanced Razer (Work laptop) so I don't think it's the dock. Anyone have suggestions? TIA!

    @Declan8351 Was the Razer TB4 dock working properly before? I've seen the same setup in the lab work without a hitch. It could be a faulty dock. Do you mind sending me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 and TB4 driver versions? I can use those to try to recreate the issue in our lab. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
