Is it normal for the device to never turn off? Whether I push the power button of shut down through the Windows Start Menu, I continue to get notifications. Thoughts?, Tom Ballos

    That's quite odd. Holding down the power button should be able to force shutdown any computer. For now, let's try to use the Run box to shut down your PC. -Press the Windows + R keys at the same time. -Type in the following command and hit Enter. -shutdown /s /f /t 0 Should it still won't shut down, PM me your device's serial number along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32. I can use those to verify its model and take a closer look at your system.
