Blade Limited Graphics - Missing NVIDIA options

In the NVIDIA Control Panel I am missing all the options under "3D Settings". I used to be able to run Elden Ring too. Now it plays like its running on the Intel graphics. I have went into Windows Graphics Settings and added Elden Ring. I right clicked it and took the better performance option. I have tried every solution found on youtube. Downloaded the Geforce drivers from every possible source and reinstalled over and over. I used to be able to adjust all sorts of options and play some pretty graphics intense games. Now I cant play anything with decent graphics. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated before I wipe it and start from factory. I'm using a 2017 14" Razer Blade Thanks
