Blade Pro 17 (2019) - Realtek Sound Output Suddenly Stopped

Today, while listening to music, the sound on my Blade Pro 17 (2019) suddenly stopped. The Realtek audio hardware appears to have ceased functioning for sound output.

Symptoms observed:
- No sound output from the speakers or headphones.
- Testing audio in Windows shows the equalizer bar moving, but no sound is produced.
- Audio through HDMI is working normally.
- The onboard Realtek microphone is still functional.

Troubleshooting steps taken:
- Reinstalled and updated the Realtek drivers.
- Ran Windows Update.
- Confirmed that the issue persists regardless of speaker or headphone use.

Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved. Based on the symptoms, it seems to be a hardware issue, though I am unsure how it occurred.

Could you provide guidance on further steps to confirm or resolve this issue?

EDIT: headphones are working now, so I guess is an issue with the onboard amplifier for the notebook speakers
