Blade Pro order status pending...


Hello,



I am having trouble contacting support through the official support channel. I placed on order for a blade pro on July 12th and need to know the order status and update the shipping address with my apartment number. The purchase is pending waiting on Razor to approve. I have submitted new tickets to update my first ticket sent in but they keep getting canceled. I put my phone number in the original ticket and would appreciate a call. At least need to know the order status. Please help! My case# is (*Omitted for security reasons)

I have the same trouble too. I placed an order yesterday, and it says I will receive a copy of order details. However, I didn't receive that in my inbox. So I asked the support, they answered me today and said the order is being reviewed because they are unable to verify my payment information. If they can't verify my payment information, how can they charge me in the first place? Now I want to cancel my order. However, we can only cancel orders by contacting support. Also, the effeciency of the support is super slow and the online chat is like a decoration. Very disapointing experience.
