Hi,
I have the following issue with my Razer Blade Stealth 13 Late 2019 with GTX 1650:
Out of nowhere, it started to not switch on anymore. I have checked the battery and the charger but no sign of malfunction. This "not switching on" anymore arises when it goes into a sleep mode or when I shut it down properly. Afterwards, the laptop appears as dead.
I then have to press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds and sometimes after that it will switch on normally.
When it does not switch on the following happens:
- Press the power button
- The Keyboard Light goes on and remains on for about 10seconds
- Front LED remains off the whole time, only the keyboard turns on
- Screen remains black the whole time, only the keyboard turns on.
- After about 10 seconds the keyboard lights turn off and nothing else happens.
- If I press the power button again the exact same happens over and over again.
If I hold and press the power button several times it will randomly switch on.
When it does switch on normally the front LED shows the green light and the screen will turn on, too. After that the laptop works perfectly fine. I can work on it for hours without issues.
I already updated the bios to latest version and also disabled the Windows Feature “Turn on fast startup”.
The issue happened on Windows 10 and upgrading to Windows 11 didn’t help either.
That's why I am here now.
Do you have any other ideas?
