Blade Stealth Quartz unable to connect to internet

I have reset my blade stealth quartz and it can connect to wifi but will not connect to internet. I'm sure others must have had this problem. I have been in contact with support who have offered vague instructions which do not work. I currently have a $2,500 door stop. Any help would be appreciated.
