Blade Studio Edition with Quadro: low GPU performance on battery

Hi I got the new laptop (Blade Studio Edition with Quadro RTX GPU) yesterday - all is good except one topic. I bought the laptop for GPU compute tasks and rendering. On battery the compute performance in OpenCL and Cuda drops significantly to 20-30% of what it does when plugged in. It is 50% slower than my Surface-Book 2 with GTX1060 on battery - not that I expected.



Any advise how to resolve this.

I found that the memory clock is not raised under load while the GPU clock is.

After windows update things improved. On Battery Power state is locked to P5 or 34 Watts. Seems a bit on the lower side.
