Blinking Cursor Issue

I have recently bought my dream mouse Razer Orochi V2 however I am confronting with an issue. As we know COVID has badly affected our lives, so I use to study online University portals. I bought a subscription to an Indian website called Unacademy, which cause the issue of blinking cursor on the browser page. Just like the Word Document cursor, my mouse cursor is blinking. Now I am confused about whether the issue is due to the new mouse or due to a website bug that caused the issue.

Please note that blinking cursors are not something Synapse or the mouse is capable of doing. You will want to check with the website's support if that is an intended effect.
