Dear Support,

Since yesterday, the blue light on my Razer Sila has been blinking at a 2-second interval for no apparent reason. My internet connection still works, and the speed is as fast as usual. I've done some research on the internet, which suggests it might be due to a firmware update, although this doesn't seem to make much sense to me. I tried restarting the router, and it did turn green initially, but after 1 or 2 hours, the blue light starts flashing again.

Could you please assist me in diagnosing the problem and provide guidance on how to resolve it?
