Bluetooth stopped working

Hello Recently on my Razer Phone 1 the bluetooth stopped working, it connects to devices but doesn't play audio, another thing that happens while im connected to a speaker or headphones is that videos play extremely slow, nearly frozen, this happens when im on wifi, mobile data and even on offline videos with wifi and data both turned off, i am confused as to what seems to be the issue, i can connect it to my car with usb through android auto but if i try to make a phone call or answer one i can't hear anything. this is very unusual and it happend literaly from one day to the next.

    Please perform the phone's hard reset by following this article. Once done, clear your phone's data or cache for Bluetooth by following the steps here. Should the issue persists, save your files and perform a factory reset. I’ll be locking this thread now.
