Blur image on my Razer Kyo

Hi, I am using a raser Kyo since 3 months and since few days I am not able to get a clear image. The camero diaplys a blur image, I tried different settings to resolve it but nothing changed the behavior. The autofocus is setup, I also restarted with Default settings with no changes. Can someone could have an explanation on how to resolve the issue ? Thanks
