Hi there!
It seems like the BIOS updater on my Book 13 is stuck. Mouse and keyboard inputs are locked, and the updater has been stuck at around 99% of the green progress bar for 24 hours. After 10 minutes, the screen turns off. The laptop can still be unlocked, but nothing happens afterward. Windows continues to run unimpeded, as the time, battery level, and newly plugged-in devices are recognized and displayed correctly. Only the update program is truly stuck. I don't know what else to do and would greatly appreciate some help!
