Boot Issues

Question

Hello, I'm pretty desperate.My razer blade always took forever to boot for some reason.Today I tried to change bios settings to speed things up.Ended up turning fastboot on and quietboot off.Now it doesn't boot. It's stuck. After long minutes I get recovery mode error 3 message with just the option to shut down.I tried to press DEL/ESC to enter setup again but nothing.
