Boot problem Razer blade 15, 2020 ed

Hi, I recently (2-3 week?) purchased a Razer blade 15 2020 model, and I am experiencing some problem while turning it on. In particular, once in a while, when I press the button to turn on the device, the fan starts spinning very loudly and in an accelerating fashion but nothing else happens. The screen stays dark and I can't do anything. Waiting even several minutes doesn't change the outcome. After waiting a bit ad unplugging any keyboard/monitor etc, I am forced to shut down the computer and reboot again and the computer will then turn on normally. The problem occurred three times so far. Can you give me some guidance or let me know if I might have some defective component?

    Do you get the same results on battery and when plugged into the wall? In any case, please send me the serial number of the laptop so I can help you recalibrate the battery. Let's go from there. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
