Bought a brand new razer Blackshark V2 x but upon registering it says that my my product is already regiestered

I bought a brand-new Razer BlackShark V2 X from Shopee Malaysia. When I try to register the product, it says “This product is already registered.” I did not register it before. I also did not receive a 7.1 activation code. Please help me verify the product and provide the 7.1 activation code.
