Bought a laptop, cannot access invoice


I recently bought a laptop.

I would like to have access to my invoice but the link provided in the email does not work.

I really need it in order to register my product and have access to Razer support if needed.

Let me help you with your concern. If you set up an account while checking out, you can easily view your order status by visiting https://www.razer.com/my-account/orders. If you checked out as a guest, you need to check your email for order status. But if you checked out as a guest, please take a look at your email for any updates regarding your order status.

In case you don’t see your order in your account history, it might be because you checked out as a guest or used a different email when placing the order. Should you need further assistance, please PM the following information below so I can intinate a ticket and forward your concern to our Order Support Team to request your invoice.
