Bought a new Razor huntsman mini pro v3 but can’t chbage the actuation speed or access rapid trigger

I bought a Razor huntsman mini pro v3 but when I go to the software I don’t have an option to change the actuation  speed or access rapid trigger but on the box it says it’s adjustable.
