Bought a Razer Kraken X. I have speaker trouble.

Hey, first time posting here I just bought my first Razer product, a Kraken X headset. The speakers make a wierd crackling/popping noise, and it only happens on my PC. If I use it on my iPhone, its fine, no crackling noise at all. What do I do?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Kraken X concern here. Are you connecting the device through its 3.5mm splitter? Have you tried connecting it to a different port or computer? Have you tried connecting the headset to a laptop without the 3.5mm splitter and see if the persists?

I am using the single 3.5mm jack. I also connected it to my phone, but I can't tell if the microphone works for my PC or my phone. When plugged into my phone, the crackling noise isn't present.
I also just purchased the Nari Ultimate and after installing the THX Spatial it seemed to have disabled the 3.5 mm aux port for my speakers as well.
