I bought activation key in 2020 for BlackShark V2, and I have the THX Spacial Audio app on my computer, but it won’t let me log in. I am logged in on Synapse, but it won’t recognize my headset. THX app says my code has already been redeemed, but how do I log back in to my account?

Hi Vexarus,
Please ensure you download the THX Spatial Audio standalone software and log in with your Razer ID. Note that your THX Spatial Audio and 7.1 Surround Sound activation code is tied to your Razer ID. However, you can only run one active session at a time. If you need further assistance, please PM me your headset serial number and email address so I can verify the information. Thanks!
