I bought a Razer receipt from GameStop because the numbers are generated right from Razer. I have never had an issue in the past, but today one of them said already used. The store said they are not able to help because it is generated by Razer and to contact them. Am I going to get a new set of numbers for my bad one or a refund? How does this get resolved?
