Bought Razer Kraken V3 X without THX Spatial Audio Activation Code?

I bought the Razer Kraken V3 X from my local Target store, and the Razer store website states, “Gift with Purchase: THX Spatial Audio - Surround Sound.” However, my package doesn’t include the THX Spatial Audio activation code, nor did I receive it in my email. I only received the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. I downloaded THX Spatial Audio, but it is asking me to use the 50% discount activation code to purchase it. I thought I was supposed to get it for free when purchasing the Kraken V3 X headset.
