Bought Razer Panthera Evo Arcade Stick and can't track order.

I bought the Razer Panthera Evo Arcade Stick today and got my conformation email saying it was being prepared for shipment. I went to where I should be able to see my tracking info but its telling me I need a password that would be in my email. Problem is its not there so I can't track my order, and I can't contact support. Maybe someone here could help me?
