Brand new Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro repeat types

My brand new BlackWidow V4 Pro Keyboard repeats the ‘s’ key at random. I tested the other keys and so far none have the same problem. I can’t really overlook this. It feels so bad. Tried all the stuff on other forums, like cleaning, re-connecting and such and nothing worked so far. This keyboard isn’t even a month old. 

Someone has an idea what i can do to fix this? Or should i just send it back? Really frustrated right now.

I have the exact same issue, same key (s) and same model as you, just over a month old. Did you ever figure anything out or get your issue resolved?

sorry buddy, nothing will help. this issue has been going on for a long time and razer has done nothing about it but say that its a consumer/operator issue,...did you clean it, did you update the latest firmware, is synapse updated, are you plugged into a usb 3.0 straight to motherboard,  did you damage the product, no mf, your products use to be alright but now they garbage, software included
