Brand new Razer Blade 14 charging issue

I bought a brand new blade 14 in November 2021 and just today when the charger is plugged in it doesn't say on charge. At 19% it said it had 6hr 30 mins remaining. I have also notices intermittently it recognises it is charging in the battery window but then flicks back to thinking it is not charging. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the battery driver and the green light on the power brick is on all the time. Unsure what is going on anyone encountered this or any ideas?

    This might have to do with its battery driver. Please ensure that you have the latest Windows version on your PC with the help of this guide and follow the steps on this page to reinstall your battery driver. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32.
