Brand New Razer hammerhead true wireless not connecting or working

I opened some brand new Razer hammerhead truewireless earbuds yesterday and they are meant to come with voice control but my doesn’t dispute any audio when opened or doesn’t connect to my bluetooth. If there’s any tips or another way to get them to connect then please let me know as they seem to not work. They seem legit as the box was unopened and came with the certificate.
