Brand new Razer Hannerhead true wireless 2019 not working

I just purchased a new set of razer hammerhead earbuds after my old ones died out. When I received them and had them fully charged I tried pairing and when i opened the case no audio cane outbof the earbuds. When I check my bluetooth connections I also don't see the earbuds trying to pair.

      Please perform the following steps below:
      • Place both earbuds back into the charging case.
      • Wait for five seconds, then open the charging case.
      • Tap and hold both earbuds for four seconds to activate pairing mode.
      • Tap four times and hold the last tap for two seconds until you hear a tone on both earbuds.
      Should the issue persists, please send me a PM, including the device's serial number or submit a case to our Support Team through this link so we can provide other steps to resolve the device's concern. I'll be locking this thread now.
