Brand New Razer Kraken Tournament Edition Headphones crackle

I just got a new Kraken TE headset and the sound all crackles. It is in a usb 3.0 plug. Set to kraken TE - Game default. audio isn't maxed.

    Change to chat default and popping and crackles are gone. So I assume software related.

    Hey there! You've landed your concern to the right thread. Sorry to hear about your headset's issue. By the way, have you tried testing your Razer Kraken TE to a different USB port or PC without Razer Synapse and see if the issue still persist?
