Brightness changes between windows

Hello,



I recently formatted my Razer Blade 15 (2018) model and I've been having a persistent issue when it comes to some of the windows on my screen. The brightness of the window seems to change between different applications and in some cases, when I'm browsing the same web page but scroll to a different part of it.



After doing some digging I saw that there was an adaptive brightness setting that could be adjusted through the power setting but when I follow the on screen prompts to change it, I'm missing that option. Has anyone experienced this issue before or if anyone knows how to solve this? It's been difficult trying to self serve since a lot of what I search keeps loading up suggestions on how to change the brightness or suggests apps to control brightness. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
What you're referring to is highly likely the Intel Panel Power Saving feature in Intel's Graphics Control Panel. Do note that you will need to get in the app from the Microsoft Store.
