Broken Deathadder v3 hyperspeed dongle

So I bought a deathadder v3 hyperspeed and the dongle it came with is broken/doesn't work. I am trying somehow to contact support to ask if I can buy/get a replacement but I can't. Any idea how to contact support or get a replacement by myself?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check the warranty status.
