Broken Viper Mini

I have a Razer viper mini with a broken side mouse button. It is very loose and had a lot of pre travel movement in all directions. It is definitely broken somehow. I have only had the mouse for about 8 months but I bought it from Best buy and it is past their warranty period. Is there anything I can do? I barely play or game with the mouse and the mouse button is already broken and trying to navigate the RMA process lead me to not being able to figure out
