The battery in my Razer Blade 15 2018 has bulged significantly out of the enclosure. Razer Support is making it impossible to speak to anyone and I'm not entirely clear on my options. Any advice? Will they even speak to me, let alone discuss helping me?

After growing frustrated that my trackpad was not clicking, I finally opened my Razer Blade 15 to discover a swollen battery. After doing an in-depth search for Razer's handling of this situation, it appears they're not taking a proactive approach in dealing with the issue. Unfortunate. My laptop is now a desktop with no battery. I'm guessing this is what we can expect from the company.
