Yesterday I just received a brand new Razer Cynosa Lite and played some games with it, so far so good, however a very ugly problem reared its head when I played fighting games. For ease of understanding, I won't use the fighting game notation. The issue is that if I press down and either left or right arrow keys and then press C on my keyboard, the move bound to down+C doesn't come out. I tried again in training mode and it is consistent. I then exited the game and opened a notepad to see if it was a game problem or a keyboard problem and indeed pressing down and either left and right together with C doesn't type the c, so it is a keyboard problem. (I didn't have this problem with any of my old keyboards.) What do I do?

Does the behavior happen while the Razer Synapse 3 is disabled or closed? Have you tried connecting the keyboard to another USB port or computer to replicate the issue? Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
