Calibrating settings

i have a Razer Naga Epic Chroma that stops moving after a few secounds, have tried to pull out the cable, reinstall the razer synapse 2.0 several times, and so on. i dont have the calibration settings, that several pps have been using to fix the problem. so how do i fix this?!
