Camera is not detected in Device Manager

Hi Im facing a issue , the webcam is not working and is also not shown under the device manager . I have reached out to the live chat and have made all the updates , but still not working .

    Same here. Did you get yours working?

    Same here, camera appeared in device manager after installing Win updates but somewhere in the update process the keyboard lighting stopped working. Yet another problem to address :(

    Same happened to me - camera. They had me send it in for repair...now in limbo, with customer support not responding; no chat, no phone...no laptop!
