- Trackpad right and left buttons stopped clicking. I did some research and it seems like there is a battery swelling issue that causes this issue.
- Camera not detected. This is a known issue that is affecting many users probably caused by faulty hardware. So far there isn't a solution for it. Razer forums are flooding with the same issue and so far there has not been a public statement from razer.

- Power adapter malfunctioning. It only works on specific positions and I have to constantly move it to start charging again.
Camera / Mic / Trackpad (battery swelling) / Power adapter - nothing working on RB 15 (2018)

Hey everyone! I've reviewed your post and seen that it's a possible hardware issue. The Razer Blade's issue needs our Support Team's intervention. Please submit a case or send me a PM so I can help you move things along by gathering details from your laptop and speed up the resolution. I'll wait for your follow-up.
I haven't heard from support so far...

Update: I have been contacted by support (thanks @Razer.SpeedCr0ss ) and will post updates here.
Good, best of luck sorting it out!

I also have an issue with the battery swelling and pushing the trackpad out. I've posted a separate thread about it here /swelling-battery.61074/.
I also tried to contact support through chat, but received a message that "Your product is out of limited warranty and ineligible for free support". I understand that warranty has a time limit, but out of "free support"? What?
This is my only computer and I work with it. I can't ship it for repair. Also, I live in Brazil and it seems like Razer doesn't have a local support. It will be cheaper to buy another laptop than to ship it for repair.
I paid $2500 for a laptop and I'm making video calls and online meetings with my cell phone! How can this be?
I have seen many people with some of the issues above, but I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

How can a $2500 laptop have so many problems in less than two years of use? My laptop sits on a desk all day and is used 90% of the time for regular office use and only 10% of the time for gaming.
I have contacted support before regarding the camera issue and tried everything from reinstalling and updating stuff, recovering system, and even factory reset, but nothing worked.
