Can any of you help me?

So recently i changed laptops, and my mouse still works. I have one problem, and that is that i dont have the tab anymore, i tried to search it up but it doesnt show up at all. Can someone for the love of god help me? I reaaly dont have the tab. Sorry that i might have done some things wrong, i'm a new profile-
