Synapse 3 will automatically detect any and all supported devices. If you're asking how to remove a registered device from your Razer ID, that too is not possible.

markarganillaThe buyer of your old device can still register it to their Razer ID, so there shouldn't be any problems. Do make sure to provide your proof of purchase should there be any need for a warranty claim in the future.
