Can Blade 15 2020 base fans be silent when plugged in?

My Blade 15 2020 base is quite under normal unplugged use but fan constantly runs when I plug it in even when doing nothing. There has to be a way to fully emulate battery mode while plugged in even if it means temporarily under-powering it. Unfortunately after scouring the forums nothing I do changes the constant fan spinning. Synapse settings do nothing. Disabling tubo-boost in bios....nothing. Reduce max cpu power to 99%, 75%, or lower....nothing. I'm on 1.06 bios. I don't think this model allows for any under clocking.

      I have the same issue. Closing the razer apps helps a little bit. It seems this isn't a problem razer is willing to address.
