Can i ask warranty for my product

Hello,

I have a Razer Viper Mini, It has worn out side buttons which are mushy and a dpi button that is unstable.

Is it reasonable for me to ask warranty or they will not cover my product.

If it’s a hardware problem and your mouse is still within its limited warranty, it should be covered. PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt through Google Drive so I can validate its model and check its warranty status. Thanks!
