Can I get my 7.1 surround sound code again

Hi! I bought my Razer kraken 4 months ago it came with the pro surround sound code that I used on RazerApp engine 7.1 surround sound and I thought I would never use it again so I threw it out and only just now I realized I didn't use it on Razer synapse. Is there any way I can get the code back sense it theoreticaly is linked to my account when I used RazerApp engine?
