A couple of days ago, I ordered a 2023 Blade 14 Mercury edition, and paid 2,499 plus shipping after taking advantage of the level up code.
Now, I see that the exact same laptop and offer can be had for £100 less. I haven't even received it yet! Where do I go to contact support to request a refund of the difference, to save me going through an unnecessary (assuming it arrives with no faults) RMA process to simply reorder the same product and save £100?
