I got an Ortana Chroma today but do not have the receipt of original purchase, so am I still able to get the keyboard registered under my profile and customize it?

You don’t need to register your keyboard with Razer ID to change Chroma. Just install Synapse 3 software with Chroma addon: https://www.razer.com/synapse-3
