I have a Deathadder elite that is fine. However, several months ago I bought a keyboard and last week I bought a headset. In both cases, I can register the equipment. I receive a Part number not valid error. I have tried to enter the numbers in several different ways, such as no caps, all caps with dashes no dashes. What gives? Is there some secret to registering equipment I am unaware of?
What error message are you getting exactly? In any case, please send me the serial number of your Razer peripherals so I can help you register them. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
