I tried to register my brand new Blackshark V2 X headset for the 7.1 code but it said the product already registered. How???

Return it and get from more viable source.

New, not used headset are never registered.

Many people has or had the same problem. 

 

It is a new headset from valid source. So something wrong with the Razer activation system. 

 

Stop talking nonsense.

Valid source? Aliexpress? Amazon (3rd party sellers)?

This is not nonsense - many people bought cheaper version from shady 3rd party sellers and everyone have the same problem.

Is this the Razer customer’s policy? Do not by at 3rd party sellers? Do the shareholders heard about it? 

 

Many people have the same problem it is Razer’s problem. Although the serial and P/N are on the box I do not think somebody registered all 3rd party sellers products just for fun. Why does anyone do this? I do not think the 3rd party sellers products all registered by someone. I think they are not registered but the Razer’s system not allowing to register for something I do not know.

I tried. But not a single soul there but AI. It does not understand the problem.
