I just try 15 day free trial of thx spatial audio and i really like it i want to buy it but i cant change region and when i change it to asia and proceed to buy thx spatial audio in Contact details in state/province box i cant find my region (sorry for my bad eng)

    I have the same issue. Contacted support but they told me that it was not supported outside of the US. That's the answer I had from Razer's chat support. But the THX Spatial audio software is found on Razer's Asia Pacific page. https://www2.razer.com/ap-en/thx-spatial-audio I really would like to purchase the THX Spatial audio but Razer's support is clueless about this product.

    I bought the Kraken X too. And it seems like it IS supported. But somehow Razer's chat support just wanted to dismiss my case as soon as possible. I have the chat transcript though. Anyway, I found out that if you try to upgrade (purchase) the THX Spatial through Razer's Surround Sound app, it will take me to a purchase registration that requires a Singapore address. I tried to purchase directly via website and it could be purchased from there. https://www2.razer.com/ap-en/thx-spatial-audio There I can choose my country and purchase the THX Spatial audio. I haven't done so yet because the webpage does keeps saying my 50% off promo code is invalid. I rechecked the code many times and I haven't used it. The code came with Razer's 7.1 Surround app when I purchased the Kraken X.

    And I am contemplating Dolby Atmos for Headphones since it's so hard to purchase the THX Spatial audio. Is the THX Spatial superior compared to Dolby Atmos?

    You can try putting your 50% promo code on the shopping cart page. I haven't had much luck with that. Hopefully you can do it.
