Can't change refresh rate on my blade 15 2018

Hi, I saw this same question in the forum but with any replies, so i'm posting it again because I have the same problem with my blade 15 2018 1060 max-q. The thing is I can't change the refresh rate of my screen. I have it on 144hz, but if I want to set a battery profile on Razer Synapse 3, I don't have the option to put it in 60hz, I tried the display advanced settings of windows, but it didn't work either. Any suggestions, Thanks you. PS: Here are some screenshots

Hi there! Are you still having the same issue? Was this working well before? When did you start to notice this?

Hi, yes I am still stuck with 144hz only. I could never change it, my screen has never been in 60hz. I noticed when I was setting up my profiles on razer synapse 3 the day I got my laptop.
