Can't connect Deathadder Essential to Synapse 2.0


So today I bought Razer Deathadder Essential and it turned out to have high dpi than my other mice. I tried installing Razer Synapse 2.0 but it didn't show, after I installed Synapse 3.0, same thing, it just didn't show. I tried registering the product, still no effect. If anyone knows how to fix this issue pls help.

Did the most register for warranty when you tried? Or did it say the serial number or something like that is not valid? Where did you buy the mouse from? Also, you can try uninstalling both of the synapse's and then reinstall whatever synapse it says to use in the manual for the mouse (Can't tell if its a Synapse 2 or 3 product looking on the site).

I registered for warranty it asked me for the serial number and the unique ID or something. I bought the mouse from my friend (brand new and sealed). Btw I tried uninstalling and installing both versions but nothing worked.

Try registering the mouse, the serial number and model number should be on the box and the bottom of the mouse itself. Make sure to type in the serial number correctly, since sometimes you can mix up the difference between a "zero" and a "O".

Try the Razer ID site. If you can not connect it there, you may need to wait for a official support agent to come on here or contact support in another way to insure the product is not a knockoff.

Ok, I somehow solved the issue. I uninstalled a few times the synapses and installed the 3.0 version and it showed up. https://gyazo.com/f2e8ba1b3bde7929e9ec609ccc7d18a5 Thank you for your time :d
