Can't Do Anything With My DeathAdder Elite in Synapse 2

Hello! I own a Razer DeathAdder Elite mouse (2017 I believe) and if I want to change its settings from Razer Synapse it just wouldn't let me do anything to it. I've successfully added the mouse to my Razer account it even shows that I registered this device, but I can't set the RGB, macro, etc. What do you think may cause the problem?
