Can't enable Razer Synapse Alexa Skill

Hi! I want to use my Razer devices with Alexa, but when I click the enable button in Amazon's skill page and follow the instructions in Razer's page, the skill isn't enabled. Help please

im stuck, in the same problem, tried to link the app, skill in every device, i tried changing even my account settings nothing works so far, i oppened a ticket directly to the razer support, it is stucked like, when i try to link the account via the link in the skill page or on the razer module i get redirected to the same "alexa sync tutorial"
